Refund policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days from receipt of the item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at shop@art-shirts.store. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by us.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item and purchase a new item separately after your return has been approved.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with all labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether we have accepted or rejected your refund. If a refund is accepted, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and process the refund.
