SITE OWNER, OFFER AND APPLICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

This website is owned and run by RJ PROJEKT Robert Jasiński. These Regulations define the conditions under which you can use our website and the services we offer. The site offers visitors printed T-shirts. By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

 

 

WHO MAY USE THE SITE AND WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT

 

To use our site and/or services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal authority, right and freedom to accept these Terms as a binding contract. You may not use this site and/or services if it is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

 

 

KEY TRADE TERMS OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS

 

1. By purchasing a product, you agree that:

a. you are responsible for reviewing the full product offering before committing to purchase;

b. you enter into a legally binding purchase agreement for a product when you commit to purchasing it and complete the payment process at checkout.

 

2. The prices for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change the prices of the displayed products at any time and to correct errors in prices that may happen by chance. Additional pricing and sales tax information is available on the payment page.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

For any undamaged product, simply return it with all accessories and packaging included within 14 days of receiving the product and we will replace it or offer you a refund using your original payment method. In addition, please note that: 

a. products should be returned using the return procedure described in point 5, SHIPPING AND RETURNS; 

b. the returnee bears the costs of return shipping

 

 

RESERVATION OF THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE OFFER

 

We may, without prior notice, change the services, discontinue the services or any features of the services offered, or impose limits on the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services without prior notice or liability for any reason or no reason.

 

 

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

 

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a purchased product, we will either repair the defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer is entitled to a full refund upon prompt return of the product. We will pay for shipping the repaired or replaced products back to you, and you will be responsible for shipping the returned product back to us.

 

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHT

 

The website and all materials placed on it or transmitted through it, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, videos and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of RJ PROJEKT Robert Jasinski. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, nothing herein shall be deemed to create a license under or under any such intellectual property rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, copy, reproduce, adapt, edit or create derivative works based on them.

 

 

RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT

 

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without prior notice or liability and for any reason, including if, in our sole discretion, you breach any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may discontinue use and request cancellation of your account and/or any services at any time.

 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RJ PROJEKT Robert Jasiński be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, usability damages or other intangible losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service or related thereto.

 

2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RJ PROJEKT Robert Jasiński shall not be liable for any:

a. errors, mistakes or inaccuracies in the content; 

b. personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from accessing or using our service;

c. unauthorized access to or unauthorized use of our secure servers and/or any personal data stored on them.

 

 

RIGHT TO CHANGE AND MODIFY THE REGULATIONS

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we materially change the Terms, we will notify you. Your continued use of the site or our services after such change constitutes continued acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the site or services.

 

 

EMAILS AND PROMOTIONAL CONTENT

 

You agree to receive communications and promotional material from us from time to time by post, e-mail or any other form of contact you may provide us with (including a telephone number for calls or text messages). PRINCIPLE OF LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

 

These Terms, the rights and remedies set forth herein, and any claims or disputes relating thereto and/or the services shall be governed, construed and enforced in all respects solely in accordance with the domestic substantive laws of the Republic of Poland without regard to its conflict of law principles. All such claims and disputes will be brought, and you hereby agree to be resolved exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Warsaw, Poland. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
