Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping process:

  • All orders are shipped via courier.

  • Parcels are packed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days of placing the order.

 

2. Shipping costs:

  • Domestic orders over PLN 100 are shipped for free.

  • Shipping costs for international orders are determined by indicating the country of destination for delivery to the customer before placing the order. To find out the shipping cost, add the product to the cart and indicate the country of destination.

 

3. Delivery time:

  • The estimated delivery time will depend on the customer's delivery destination.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days on the art-shirts.store side plus delivery time by courier.

  • Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number that will enable them to monitor the delivery status.

 

4. Return conditions:

  • The customer has the right to return the shipment within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

  • The products must not show any signs of use and must be returned in the same condition in which we sent them. Must have original tags to qualify for return. We care about the environment, so we recommend returning shipments in the original packaging.

  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is our fault (e.g. damaged product).

  • We will then indicate the address to which the parcel should be sent.

  • All exchanges or returns must be notified via the email provided above in order to be processed correctly.

  • After we receive the returned order, the refund will be made within 3 days in the same form of payment that was used during the purchase. 

 

6. Complaints and damage:

  • If the customer receives a damaged product, he or she should report it immediately after receiving the shipment.

  • The customer should provide us with photos of the damaged product in order to consider the complaint.

  • We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a product replacement or refund.

 

7. Delivery addresses:

  • The customer must provide the exact delivery address, including apartment number, postal code and other important details.

  • If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for non-delivery.

 

8. Delivery areas:

  • We currently deliver orders within the European Union, however some remote regions may be excluded from our delivery zone.

 

9. Communication:

  • We will keep in touch with the customer in case of any problems or delays related to delivery.

  • The customer will receive updates about their shipment such as shipping confirmation, tracking number, etc.

10. Courier shipments:

  • art-shirts.store will use courier services that will ensure the shortest delivery time and high quality of delivery services.
